Logan is an associate at Sokol Larkin. Logan’s practice focuses on the areas of construction law, business law, real estate law, and commercial litigation. He represents individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide range of construction, business, and real estate-related matters and disputes. Among others, Logan represents builders and developers, prime contractors, subcontractors, property owners, materials suppliers, design professionals, and sureties in disputes and litigation related to the construction industry, including contractual claims, negligence, lien claims, bond claims, and design and construction defect claims. Logan is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
Before joining Sokol Larkin, Logan’s practice focused on civil litigation involving various areas of law, including business, real estate, construction, land use, and environmental. Logan graduated with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2022, where he served as an articles editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review. Outside of work, Logan is an avid snowboarder who enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and camping with his dog, Charlie.
