As an Associate at Sokol Larkin, Andrew provides transactional, litigation and compliance services for owners, builders and developers, general contractors, subcontractors and sureties involved in large commercial, public and civil marine projects. Andrew’s practice includes bid protests, contract drafting, corporate formation and structuring, real estate transactions, and federal, state, and administrative dispute resolution.

Andrew first joined Sokol Larkin as a Law Clerk while he was a student at Lewis & Clark Law School. While at Lewis & Clark, Andrew was also a member of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and Business Law Society. Upon graduation in 2024, Andrew was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society.  Andrew is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cooking for his wife and two boys, snowboarding, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. Andrew is an active member of the addiction recovery community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Other Bar where he supports other attorneys and law students recover from addiction.
