Kate is Of Counsel at Sokol Larkin, and has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.  Kate has represented a diverse spectrum of professionals in the construction, design, real estate, insurance, accounting, legal, and healthcare industries in matters involving, amongst other things, contract disputes, construction defects, and a wide range of tort claims.  Before joining Sokol Larkin, Kate tried multiple cases to verdict, represented clients in multiple state and federal courts, and litigated professional malpractice, toxic tort, and products liability cases at a national law firm.
